Fuel Fitness strives to develop highly effective, cutting-edge personal training programs which provide for our clients both results and a long term desire to stay healthy.

Our trainers provide a range of programs that are, by design, specific to the needs and goals of the client. Our systems utilize training methods to improve the following areas of fitness as applicable to the client: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.  We create thorough, customized programs for our clients while taking in to account the client’s goals, previous injuries and muscular imbalances. Our highly qualified personal trainers are experts in evaluating client levels of fitness to prevent injury and produce results.

Group classes

We offer group classes that complement and complete your fitness routine.  From moderate to high-intensity classes, to whole body recovery and injury prevention, we promise to provide you with classes to keep you on track to meeting your goals.

We provide student-athletes the best in team and personal training.  We work with teams and individuals to increase speed, power, strength and agility, while providing extensive injury prevention training to keep athletes competing.
